How we look after your details

Your Daily Confidence Reading is a free ritual from The Confidence Agency. We keep the information we ask for to a minimum — here's exactly what we collect and why.

When you send a postcard

If you write to us, we receive your message, your chosen pillar, and — only if you type them — a first name and a town. These are optional. We use them to decide which messages become cards, and if we approve yours, the message, name and town you gave appear publicly on Your Daily Confidence Reading exactly as you've seen them. We never publish your email or any other details, because we don't ask for them.

As you use the app

We keep an anonymous count of which cards are pulled and how many readings and gifts are shared, so we know what resonates. These counts contain no names, no addresses and nothing that identifies you. Your daily pull count and the cards you've already seen are stored only on your own device — we never see them.

What we never do

We never sell or share your details, never send marketing unless you've written to us first and asked us to reply, and there are no accounts or passwords to create.

How long we keep things

Postcards are kept while we consider them for the deck; approved ones stay published unless you ask us to take them down. Anonymous counts are kept to help us improve the deck.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Message us on Instagram @theconfidenceagency and we'll sort it promptly.
